Don't

Don't ever believe that you can't do anything right because people tell you so. I know you can do things right and I will remind you of all the right things you have done for me. Don't let them tell you that you're a screw up because God wouldn't have made you that way when you're perfect to me. Your structure is fit to be king of all lands. Don't ever think that you need to change in any way I love the person you are since the day I first met you. Don't allow people to point out your flaws, because to me, you're flawless. Don't let anyone call you shallow, because when I look into your deep eyes; I can see the passion you have in your soul. And don't ever feel that you're unloved, because I love you.

What I Think About When I See You

I've proven myself to you. I've stood up for you. What more will it take? I've respected you. You still haven't noticed? You're always there, within my reach and out of my reach. But you're always around. Just plunge me into the depths of the ocean surrounding me in your warmth. I want to feel you by my side when I'm ready to back down. Now I just can't get you outta my dreams. And just when I think you're gone, you come back around. The reason you're not here at the times that I need you is nobody's fault but mine. So many things remind me of you, that I don't know where I can look. I'm looking forward, hoping you're on that road in front of me. We can be the weak and the strong on the highway of love.

Putting My Heart Through Hell

Your putting my heart through hell by the way you smile at me each time I pass by. It's putting my heart through hell because of the fact that I can't tell you why. I'm putting my heart through hell when I think we shouldn't end this way. Your putting my heart through hell when you come up to me and try to find an excuse of something to say. It's putting my heart through hell when you laugh at the little jokes I say. I'm putting my heart through hell when I keep thinking about how I'm gonna have to let you go. Your putting my heart through hell by the way you somehow always can find me in such a big place. It's putting my heart through hell everytime I feel your touch. I'm putting my heart through hell when I realize I'll never forget you.

What I Should Tell You...

I'm not avoiding you or ignoring you, I'm giving your heart a break. I know your unsure I can see it in your eyes. Don't worry, I can promise that you won't make a mistake. It's not you or me, I just don't want to hurt you when I know your struggling. Someday soon I'll take care of you and run my fingers through your hair while siting on the bank of that river we both are familiar with. We are so close but yet so far from where we both need to be. Now you'll go home, back to spending your nights alone in that apartment of yours. But don't give up or worry, we'll be together one more time. I can tell that you'll miss me by the many litte ways you try to communicate with me. I guess we'll wait for that goodbye later.

I Know

Each day you always improve and I know how you feel when it comes to something you lose. For you, I'm always there and I'll hold you until life becomes fair. When you smile every time, the whole world begins to shine. On a day when it starts to rain, you're the one I want to gain. Although sometimes you can be stressed out, you are someone I will never doubt. Your true feelings you try to hide, but there are some things you can't disquise. I know about your past, but my real questions, I will never ask. I know you don't care about getting attention, but I still long to give you affection. I can tell you're self concious, and when you say you're not perfect, that's comeplete nonsense. You are so strong for someone whose heart was previously torn. Your skin, so warm, is like lava that is molten, for it is for you that my heart is stolen. You are so great, you need no concealing. And these are reasons why you give me meaning.

Broken Angel

The dark shadows swarm around their favorite broken angel, me. Haunted by the past and maybe I'm not even an angel. A dark angel perhaps? For I cannot tell. Life is almost like traveling in a dark forrest with nothing but pure isolation. Unlike me, the large ancient trees are strongly rooted to solid ground. It's not as cold as most people would think, but humid due to all of the pressures of what to do next surrounding me like thick fog. Symtoms of an illness that my family would be ahamed of, so I refuse to admit it. Shadows of the past keep a steady pace along side me, refusing to vanish. There's no body of water of any kind like you would usually read about in books or see in movies. Dark figures loom in amoungst the trees, making sure that I am always within their sight. Unknowing of their intensions, I try to find a way out into the clearing by walking faster. I finally start to realize that there is no way out. I am a broken angel trapped in my own dimention.

Around You

That sweet smile and those sparkly brown eyes; I can't help but love you. When you look at me, it's like the sun beaming down on my face. You're like superman; I always feel safe when I'm around you. You have the strength of a thousand horses. My stomach leaps and my heart pounds by just thinking about you. You are the most amazing person I have ever known. With you; I'm wonderstruck and blushing all the way home. Everytime you touch me, it's really something. Who would have thought that I'd fall in love with you? I can't help the way you look like an angel. There is so much magic I've been feeling since I met you. When I'm around you, I'll forget how to breathe. It's almost impossible not to smile when I look at you. I love you.

Your dark black eyes can burn someones soul, but inside your as gentle as a doe. Your voice, so strong but loving. Your so mysterious and secretive, that most people know nothing about you. Dark, but not evil, no, but a protector. Someone who dwells on the past and worries about the future. Independent and mostly alone, but you are content with it that way. Your dark black hair frames and hides your pale white face making you practicaly unreadable. Trust worthy and loyal that even the highest trusts you to your word. No one is flawless, but your heart is.

I Don't Know What To Call This...

Thinking too much because that's all that's left to do. Confusion caused by the thoughts in my mind.

Not understanding why it's so hard to trust people. "Trust" A word that is a lie.

Dreams revealing too much that it scares me. Not knowing if they'll come true, some, hoping they won't.

"Reality", really exists? Snapping back to it really sucks.

An open mind leads to dangerous dimentions, ones I have experienced and never forgotten.

Staring into space, zoning out, seeming to be in a whole nother world and people think I'm a freak.

Gifts that are now scared to be shown around others. Not worried that I'd be judged, but them being judged.

Unknown, is the feeling I have.

Wanting to be on a boat between hills floating freely with no destination. Grey skies to remind me of what's left.

Amazed

You are amazing. you make me laugh everyday. I always smile everytime I see your face.
When you stand close to me, I can't even breathe. I make up excuses just to talk to you.
Your my secret. When I'm with you, I wish I could have those moments for life. My heart skips
beats when I hear or say your name. A bad day never exists now that I know you. I try to image
your life story, but your so good at hiding how you truly feel. You are practically mind blowing.
And I'm amazed by you.

My Career Choice

I think my career choice might be a lie,
I'm not sure how and I don't know why.
Am I honorable enough?
Am I strong enough?
Will I even be a good CSI?
I'm not good at math,
and "apparently" I don't know about science.
What if I even get to college?
Would it really make a difference?
I dont know if I'll ever graduate,
by that time it'll probably be too late.
I'll move to Miami, I know I will,
but I'll probably won't do anything down there,
but at least I won't be ill.
I guess I'll keep going,
I'll try and do my best,
but so far that hasn't worked just yet.

I'll Catch You

Your like a big bright star shining that won't come down, I'll catch you, so don't be afraid. There's nothing more I want than for you to be safe here with me. I wonder how long you'll stay out of reach. I guess I'll just keep waiting so you don't fall on the ground, I'll catch you. I'll hold you forever so you know your safe.

Knowing

Knowing everyday that one time you won’t get up, waiting for that day when you take your final breath. That one time when you never wake up. Walking around knowing how many days are left for people, knowing the numbers of days that your family members have left to live. Not understanding what’s happening around you. Not seeing what others are seeing, thinking, feeling and even already knowing. Not being able to tell what will happen next. Having a breeze hitting your face and thinking what a great life you have, while others are falling behind you. Experiencing things that seem like it’s from a whole different world, knowing the world in reality is completely different. Living your life to the fullest, knowing that some people don’t even get the chance. Going home and never knowing when you’re going to be the only one there. Waking up one day knowing you’re the only on your block, in your city, in your state, in your country, in your world, wondering when this nightmare will end. Wanting what you can’t have. Knowing that no one’s there for you, to care for you, to love you, to cherish you, to comfort you. Knowing you’re basically all alone, forever, until it’s your time to leave this earth. Not knowing where you’re going to go after that, not knowing where everyone else is. But promise me you’ll never wish to be the only one, because sometimes you’re not even there for yourself.

A Careless Man's Crippled Daughter

I am a Careless Man's Crippled Daughter. I may not have the best life, but to me, I have a good life. I have a responsibiliy to take care of the ones I love. Becase it's hard to have family, but it's harder not to. When some say, "How worried should I be about you?" My response is simple: I dont need to be worried about, worry about the ones I love, because i'm not sure how worried I should be about them. I am a Careless Man's Crippled Daughter that never gives up, that keeps going. I wont go away, I'm always going to be here for anyone. Because I dont leave the ones I love hanging by a thread. I give them a rope and help pull them up to saftey. I am a Careless Man's Crippled Daughter who stands up for herself and the ones I love. I wont back down, because I cant. If I do, I stay down. I wont let anyone else do the same, thats why I'll stand up for the ones I love. I am a Careless Man's Crippled Daughter who has a lot on her mind. When I Ran Into The Manger

When I ran into the manger, I stopped.
I fell on my knees and stared in awe.
The esance of glory round him was so huge, I couldn't see around it.
I wanted to say something but I couldn't. I was speechless.
I felt as if my heart stopped beating.

He stretched out his hand and I grabbed it.
I was lifted on eagles wings and I flew for eternity.

If Only...

If only others could see what I see. If only they could look into your beautiful ice blue eyes and see what I see.
If only they looked at your puffy eyed baby face and could see all of your secrets.

When I look at you in the night sky, your gorgous.

I Will Show You

You hold on, waiting for your hands to lose their grip, then you lose your life. I wont let that that happen. I wont let you lose your grip. The railing is your enemy, not the world. I will show you the graveyard, the graveyard of your soul, and what it will turn into. The fog that settles over the carved marble stones, with names on them of everyone you know, including you. It's cold and dark, almost helpless. But I can help you, I can support you, I can cherish you, and I can keep you safe. I can keep you safe from all the problems in the world, i can keep you away from all the people that hurt you. The only thing I can't keep you from are the different things in your head. They talk to you, but I can't hear them. They don't hurt you, but Im worried they will. Just remember, If it weren't for me, you'd be dead.
